Ben Marine Blind Anthea
A Headless Electromagnetic Speed Log available in either a simple or dual axis configuration. The Blind Anthea Electromagnetic Speed Log is composed of one IP65 metal case, one 48mm sensor that can be dismantled when ship is afloat, and one weldable or screw-on-type hullfitting with valve.
Anthea Blind Version consists of:
- One IP65 metal case.
- One 48mm sensor that can be dismantled when ship is afloat, including a 16m cable
- One weldable or screw-on-type hullfitting with valve
Main Features of the Blind Anthea System:
- Simple configuration via a software "BLASS": Including calibration, correction of 3 point linearization, error message display, alarm threshold adjustment and memorization of vessel settings.
- Automatic gain contol
- Damping control, via strap
- 3 points linearization
- Permanent self test
The ANTHEA E/M log is suitable with the following Ben sensors:
- 48.1.RVB.16 sensor with weldable or screw-on type hullfitting with valve
- 48.1.RVB watertight sensor with weldable or screw-on-type hullfitting with valve
- 48.1.RB.16 sensor with weldable or screw-on-type hullfitting without valve
- 48.1.RA (alu) sensor with aluminium weldable hullfitting without valve
- Lens sensor for double hull ships.
The Anthea is also compatible with all navigation peripherals.
