Kongsberg EM2040 Compact
The EM 2040C (C for Compact) is a shallow water multibeam echo sounder based on the EM 2040 technology, an ideal tool for any high resolution mapping and inspection application. The receiver and transmitter are integrated in a common sonar head, with the same dimensions as its predecessor EM 3002.
The basic EM 2040C has Three units, a sonar head, a processing unit, and a workstation.
